AGENDA
For early arrivals, the reunion committee will plan a Thursday evening informal, dutch-treat dinner at a nearby restaurant; details will be announced. Our hospitality suite (Room 720) will be open from 1200 until 2200 hours both Friday and Saturday, "fully provisioned" with beer, wine, bottled water, sodas and chips. Handouts detailing area points of interest, restaurants and shopping will be available.
Friday, September 21
A welcome reception will be held in the hotel lobby from 1700 until 1900 hours. A designated area will be set aside for us so we do not co-mingle with other hotel guests. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
Saturday, September 22
The annual business meeting will take place in the Terra Ballroom, beginning promptly at 0900 hours.
Following the manager's reception in the lobby (1700-1900), dinner with wine will be served beginning at 1900 hours, again in the Terra Ballroom, which will remain open until 2300.
Sunday, September 23
For those not leaving on dawn patrols, we will gather in the hotel restaurant for complimentary breakfast and farewells.
